RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at celviroacontact@celviroa.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at celviroacontact@celviroa.com with photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

All sales are considered final unless a return is approved for a valid issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
